As software engineer Alex had taken various technical and management roles developing software solutions for both small and global organizations. With over 15 years of software development experience, Alex boasts an interesting resume that has seen him work at Cisco Systems and IBM.

Most recently Alex has joined Microsoft as Senior Technical Evangelist to assists the community focused on open source software running on Azure. His professional interests are related to IoT, Big Data, Web Applications and DevOps.
